Photographer's Comments
Date: 14th June 2000
David Davies lived with his wife Hannah Smeds-Davies and daughter Zunya Hannah in Tatham. I had met them on several occasions and enjoyed David's company. He was a real perfectionist and talented artist who always had a number of new initiatives on the go. One of his ideas had been to convert one of his barns into a gallery for his family (all of whom were artists) and local painters to sell their work.
He had invited me to an exhibition so I used the occasions to
take some pictures. The gallery was small but well organised.
